Measure Length

• Place a piece of paper on a hard floor and stand on it with your heel against a wall.
• Mark the tip of your longest toe and measure from the wall to the mark.

Measure Width

• Wrap a soft measuring tape around the widest part of your foot (usually the ball area). Keep the tape snug but not too tight.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Lexe heels. If something’s not quite right, here are your options.

Size Exchanges

• If your Lexe Heels don’t fit the way you want, you can exchange for a better fit within 30 days of delivery.
• One free size exchange per order.
• Items must be in good condition (no damage) and include original packaging.

Fit tip: Loosen the lace before zipping, then adjust to your comfort. Try them on carpet or over clean paper to avoid scuffs, and wear thin socks for the best fit.

Returns

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be in original condition: unworn, undamaged, and with original packaging.
• A $10 return shipping fee applies (deducted from your refund).
