At Lexe, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every pair of heels. Each style is carefully designed by heels dancers, for heels dancers, and handcrafted to deliver style, comfort, and performance. In the rare event that our shoes miss the mark, we stand by our promise of quality and are happy to make it right.

Warranty Coverage

• Duration: first 6 months from the date of delivery
• What’s covered:
  • Manufacturing defects (e.g., broken heel hardware, faulty zippers, defective stitching)
  • Structural issues that prevent normal wear and use.

What’s Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear (e.g., scuffs, sole wear, scratches from dancing)
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or alterations
• Cosmetic issues that do not affect the performance of the shoe

Our Promise

If your heels arrive with a defect or develop a covered issue within 180 days:

• We’ll repair or replace them at no cost to you.
• If the original style or size is unavailable, you may choose a store credit or an alternative pair of equal value.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Email us at xpress@lexeheels.com with:
   • Order number
   • Photos/videos of the defect
   • A short description of the issue
2. Our team will review your claim within 3–5 business days.
3. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid label and next steps for repair, replacement, or store credit.

Additional Notes

• Warranty is valid only for purchases made directly from Lexeheels.com & authorized retailers.
• One-time size exchanges and returns are handled separately under our Return & Exchange Policy
