For shoes:

Measure Length

• Place a piece of paper on a hard floor and stand on it with your heel against a wall.
• Mark the tip of your longest toe and measure from the wall to the mark.

Measure Width

• Wrap a soft measuring tape around the widest part of your foot (usually the ball area). Keep the tape snug but not too tight.
• If you don’t have a soft tape, use a ribbon or shoe lace to wrap the widest part of your foot. Then use a ruler to measure the ribbon.
  

If you’re between sizes or have wider, fuller feet, we recommend sizing up.

For knee pads: Follow the sizing instruction from the product page. Measure your lower calf. To ensure the best fit., leave a note of your measurement at check out so we could double check.

Products MUST be unworn with original packaging & undamaged. Just be sure if you're still trying them out for fit and comfort, wear socks and try them on carpet or a smooth, clean sheet of paper! Ensure the lace is loosen up first before zipping and adjust as needed.

Return terms & conditions

If you’d like to return your Lexe shoes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

You can:
1) Ship the item back yourself, or
2) Request a pre-paid $8 return shipping label from us

Items must be returned in ORIGINAL CONDITION, UNWORN, UNDAMAGED & with original packaging.

For size exchange:

We offer a free one-time exchange if you need a different size — free return label included.
