Exchange & Return
Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order
Shoes & knee pads must be in original condition — unworn, undamaged, and with original packaging.
Please try on your shoes for fit with socks and on carpet or a clean surface.
One-time exchange per order.
Your satisfaction is important to us.
If you're not completely happy with your purchase you may initiate a return your Lexe shoes within 30 days of receiving your order.
For knee pads & accessories, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

For all returns or exchanges, please contact us through the form below.
Be sure to include your order number, your reason for return or exchange, and if you're requesting a size exchange, let us know your desired size.
You have two return options:
1) Ship the item back yourself, or
2) Request a prepaid return label from us ($15 for one pair, $20 for two pairs)
