We want you to love your Lexe heels. If something’s not quite right, here are your options.
Size Exchanges
- If your Lexe heels don’t fit the way you want—after trying them on at home or even taking a class—you can exchange for a better fit within 30 days of delivery.
- One free size exchange per order.
- Items must be in good condition (no damage) and include original packaging.
Fit tip: If you’re still testing comfort and size, loosen the lace before zipping, then adjust to your comfort. Try them on carpet or over clean paper to avoid scuffs, and wear thin socks for the best fit.
HOW TO START YOUR EXCHANGE:
Step 1: Log in to your profile and select your order.
Step 2: Click on Return your order and choose a reason (too small or too large).
Step 3: In the notes section, indicate the size you’d like to exchange for.
Step 4: Send photos of your feet wearing them for us to double check to xpress@lexeheels.com, please include your order number in the subject line.
We’ll send your replacement pair once your shoes arrive at our warehouse. If you’d like the replacement sooner, you’re welcome to place a new order so we can dispatch the new pair ASAP. We’ll issue a full refund once your original pair is returned to us.

Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original condition: unworn, undamaged, and with original packaging.
- Please email xpress@lexeheels.com with photos of the shoes to confirm eligibility.
- A $10 return shipping fee applies (deducted from your refund).
- Refunds are issued after your return is received and reviewed at our warehouse.
- If items are returned worn or with noticeable scuffs/markings, a standard refund isn’t available. You may also choose a brand-new replacement pair at 30-50% off.

Step 2: Click on Return your order and choose a reason
Step 3 - Please email us at xpress@lexeheels.com if your shoes are not in new condition or if there is a specific reason for the return.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If all requirements are met, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Please note a $10 return shipping fee applies (deducted from your refund).
