Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
Does your Lexe heels not fit the way you want it to?
No worries, you can exchange for a better fit within 30 days after receiving the package. Free of charge!
Products MUST be unworn with original packaging & undamaged. Just be sure if you're still trying them out for fit and comfort, wear them on carpet or a smooth, clean sheet of paper!

Exchange terms & conditions
1. One time size exchange only
2. Items must be returned in ORIGINAL CONDITION, UNWORN, UNDAMAGED & with original packaging. *For worn items or items received with minor scuff or markings, you can choose to: get a new pair with a 50% off discount or have your returned item ship back to you*
3. Items must be returned and arrive at our warehouse within 30 days.
